Families are responsible for reading and agreeing to the co-op handbook before participating.
Parents are expected to read all co-op communication, follow the posted schedule, support classroom expectations, complete volunteer requirements, and help create a respectful learning environment.
Students are expected to participate respectfully, follow teacher instructions, stay in assigned areas, and treat classmates and adults with kindness.
Please notify leadership and teachers if your family will be absent. Regular attendance helps classes run smoothly.
Each family is required to serve in a volunteer position during co-op hours. Families with high school students may choose to pay the opt-out fee instead. Class placements may be canceled if the volunteer requirement or eligible opt-out is not completed.
Class payments are made directly to teachers after your student has been confirmed for a class. The co-op does not collect class tuition for teachers.
The safety of children is a serious responsibility. All families and teachers are expected to follow the co-op safety policies.
Our co-op is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for children, parents, teachers, and volunteers.
Children should remain in assigned areas and under appropriate adult supervision during co-op activities.
Any concern involving child safety, inappropriate behavior, or suspected abuse should be reported immediately to co-op leadership and, when required, to the appropriate authorities.
Abuse, harassment, grooming behavior, intimidation, or retaliation will not be tolerated.
