How to Update Class Payments

Family registration payments made through Wix update the co-op system automatically. Class tuition sent directly to teachers through Venmo or PayPal does not update automatically.

1. Confirm that the class payment was received in your Venmo or PayPal account.
2. Match the payment to the student and class using the payment note.
3. Change each applicable student’s Payment Status to Paid.
4. Confirm that the portal shows Saved.
5. Add a short note such as Venmo received 7/21.

If one payment covers multiple children or classes, update every corresponding student row. Use Waived only for an approved waiver and Payment Plan Approved only for an authorized arrangement.
